An unforgettable way to discover the
Mekong Delta is to take a bicycle trip along provincial routes down
to the southern regions of Vietnam past paddy fields, orchards and
small hamlets. It is certainly great fun to cycle on country roads
alongside obsolescent means of transportation such as ox-drawn
carts, horse-drawn carriages and rickshaws. Like cycling, boat
riding is also a popular way to travel around the riverine world of
the delta. Both ways of traveling will allow visitors to fully
enjoy the scenery and come into much closer contact with the people
they meet along the way. Each cycling group will be led by a
